Training with My Natural Supplements
Spanish runner Robert Nieuwland talks about his performance gains using My Natural Supplements products.
I’ve been running intensively for the last two years now and also participate in mountain marathons seriously since the last half-year. Basically you could call me a rookie. Nevertheless, I ended up with the first 13 runners out of almost 200 in my last competition. And here is why…

Boost and recovery
I’ve been using these products for about two months. I almost instantly noticed the results, especially during my runs. But also, on a slightly longer term, I can notice the ease with which my legs recover afterwards (without forgetting to stretch of course!). That’s also where Mass Appeal comes in.
My breakfast prior to a long run now consists of fruit and a glass of Winrgy with a packet of Sure2Endure. Then, just before I leave, I make myself a tasty protein shake with ProXtreme. I take another bottle of Winrgy with me on my waist belt.
Spirits high
The feeling I had during my last mountain marathon in Galicia (Spain) was just amazing. My legs just kept on pumping as I ran up and down the slopes, which really helped keep my spirits up!
I managed to stay with the first 10 runners for over three quarters of the race! The fact that three runners passed me in the last 10 km. was really more due to my lack of experience than anything else. Knowing how to distribute your energy during a mountain marathon is as difficult as it is important.
But at least I know where to find my energy!
