About Flexibility
by Dr. Peter Stephan
Almost everybody will suffer rheumatic pain during their lifetime and very many of them will develop full-blown arthritis which, in many cases, will lead to painful and deformed joints, resulting in a restricted lifestyle and movement.
I have carried out research programmes in England, Ireland, Switzerland, Italy and The United States examining various approaches to the prevention and alleviation of rheumatism and arthritis. Drawing on my own clinical experience of treating over 30,000 patients I have now formulated a natural supplement for those men and women suffering from and worried about these painful conditions.
There are two main forms of Arthritis. One is Osteo arthritis which tends to affect the large joints of the hips and knees. This happens when the cartilage and synovial tissue breaks down and stops providing a vital cushion between bone rubbing against bone. this condition makes mobility difficult and very painful. It usually affects older and heavier people.
The second form is Rheumatoid Arthritis, by far the most prolific. It is known to be systemic; in other words the body as whole is affected and certainly the immune system is involved. Even children are affected by this disease which is painful and brings about joint deformity throughout the body.
