There is no specific diet recommended with the BioLean Weight Loss System. The directions that come with the products suggest taking BioLean II or BioLean Free with low-calorie food. It is also recommended that you drink plenty of water (6-8 8-oz. glasses per day) and reduce caffeine intake.
There are many people who don't have to change anything about their diet in order to lose weight using the BioLean products. Others find that they get good results when they work with the products by eating sensibly, and listen to their body's signals regarding hunger (your appetite will decrease with the use of the products, but if you ignore the fact that you aren't hungry and eat anyway, you might sabotage your own weight loss efforts).
Keeping up some regular, moderate exercise has helped many people get better results with the BioLean products as well.
